The The Jeff The Trainer Kick Boxing Exercises are designed to Enhance Muscle Mass, Sculpt Fat, Increase Stamina and & Build Muscular Endurance by performing Martial Arts Exercises. Jeff The Trainer Kick Boxing Exercises are designed to exercise all 654 muscles of the clients body. Exercise Intensity is increased by increasing the weight of the dumbbells and & ankle weights (when applicable). The Jeff The Trainer Kick Boxing Exercises are also designed to burn at least 500 - 900 calories & to promote muscle tone, to strengthen the muscles, to reduce body fat % from the performance of weight bearing Martail Arts Style cardiovascular exercises. The Jeff The Trainer Kick Boxing Exercises are exercise routines that can last a lifetime because the client can continue to improve the results by increasing the weight of dumbbells (when applicable) when improvements in muscular endurance are attained. The number of repetitions for each Kick Boxing Exercises exercise starts at 40 ( 4 sets of 10 ) & increases with the clients progress.The Training Sessions are 1 hour long so each session focuses on training all 654 muscles of the body for a complete training experience for the client.
